BÛCHE DE NOËL

A traditional French-style holiday cake, the Buche de Noel is shaped and textured like a tree branch with house-made whimsical decorative touches. It is sure to be a standout on your holiday table! This is a chocolate roulade cake with your choice of filling: either a tiramisu mascarpone or chocolate mousse. The cake is then finished with chocolate fudge. Available in a full and half-size versions.

CHRISTMAS CAKE

This 4-layer almond-based cake has brandied apricots throughout and is layered with house-made blackberry preserves. It is finished with apricot buttercream in the “semi-naked” style with house-made caramel drip over the top. Special holiday decoration makes this delicious cake a holiday centerpiece.

FRANGIPANE FRUIT TART

Autumn harvest apples baked in frangipane (an almond cream) inside our flaky pastry crust.
7 1/2” tart, serves 8. $40

SIGNATURE DEEP-DISH CHEESECAKE

A vanilla cheesecake made with organic eggs and rich dairy inside a house-made graham cracker crust, we even make the graham crackers! It is delicious as is, or add our house-made red raspberry sauce over the top.

B.O.S. “BEST OF SHOW” CAKE Named for its Best of Show win at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair

A raspberry dark chocolate truffle mousse cake with two layers of chocolate biscuit, house-made raspberry preserves, and whole berries, layered with a chocolate mousse. Glazed with our house-made chocolate ganache and garnished with chocolate shards with an edible cocoa butter transfer. Topped with a “rose” of chocolate shavings.

PACKAGE CAKE

This cake is designed and decorated to look like a package, although edible and delicious! The first version is a butter-based cake that is studded with chunks of dark chocolate and layered with our luscious chocolate fudge and our house-made raspberry preserves. The second version is our beloved lemon zest cake layered with French-style buttercream and lemon curd. Both are enrobed with our European fondant with “package” ribbons on top. Choice of Lemon Zest Cake or Bitter Sweet Chocolate Cake With Raspberry.

MINI CHRISTMAS TREE CAKE

This individual serving size is a delicious dessert for a small gathering. It is a chocolate chiffon cake with chocolate fudge, then decorated with vanilla buttercream for a festive addition to the dessert table.

Truffles — available in both Caramel and Raspberry. Caramel is combined with dark chocolate ganache and a cocoa exterior. Raspberry perfumed inside a
textured chocolate exterior.

Peanut Envy — caramel with salted peanuts and peanut butter. Covered with chocolate and sprinkled with French grey sea salt.

Chocolate Palet — solid chocolate round infused with black coconut tea and decorated with edible, artistic design. Available in 3 sizes.

House Made Sauces — available by the jar, these are some of the same sauces we use in the Pâtisserie to create our original desserts.
Flavors include Raspberry Preserves, Caramel, and Chocolate Fudge.

We take our artisan approach to baking for each of the savories, scones, sandwiches and sweets. Everything served is house made, from the raspberry preserves and organic Meyer lemon curd to the Devonshire cream. Our extraordinary French Mariage Frères teas are a perfect match for the pastries.
